AboutThe style of the First Republic, the comfort of today, a home for life

A unique residential project is being built at Ke Krči 42, 44 and 46, which combines the charm of First Republic architecture with modern comfort.

The original brick building from the 1930s is undergoing a careful reconstruction, preserving the original elements. The complete renovation includes the facade, common areas, and apartment units.

The Braník Living residence offers units with three separate entrances and a basement. The two-bedroom apartments are ideal for young families, while couples and individuals will appreciate the clever layout of the one-bedroom apartments, and investors will be pleased with the well-designed studio apartments.

The project includes a private community courtyard - a green oasis with a gazebo, a fireplace, children's playground, fitness equipment, and a petanque court. Thanks to the proximity of the Vltava River and a cycle path, quick connection to the city ring road and excellent accessibility to public transport, the Braník Living residence combines peaceful living with all the urban advantages of a city.

History. Comfort. Community.

Three buildings, one story

The trio of the 6-story apartment buildings with a large garden was built in the 1930s according to an architectural project and follows on from the surrounding First Republic cooperative construction.

Originally one could find rental apartments, ground floor shops, a large community hall (Kino Čásek) and a garden restaurant (Fr. Kaňka).

the word of the architect"The project is conducted with respect for the original architecture and current demands for comfortable living"

The reconstruction of the apartment building represents a unique opportunity to restore the historical building from the period of the First Republic to its original dignity. The project is conducted with respect for the original architecture and current demands for comfortable living - the facade will regain its original colors, the interiors will be modernized with regard to functionality and aesthetics, and the common spaces will come alive thanks to access to natural light. The outdoor areas will offer a community garden and front gardens, and parking will be added according to the needs of the residents. The goal is to combine historical character with the quality of modern life and create a dignified and inspiring environment.
