Oral reservation agreement
Do you like the apartment, but need to reconsider your purchase? We will reserve the apartment for you for 48 hours.
Contract on the future purchase agreement
Within three working days after signing the Contract on the future purchase agreement, you will pay a deposit of 10% of the purchase price and within three months you will pay a deposit of up to 20% of the purchase price.
Purchase agreement
You will pay the remaining 80% of the purchase price after signing the purchase agreement, either from a loan or from your own resources.
Handover of the unit
The handover of the units before renovation will take place during Q1/2027, while the units in fit-out condition will be in Q1/2028.
